Swiss Diamond Induction Series 11 Inch Open Fry Pan

Wonderful pan, (What's this?) I have owned two of these pans for just over a year. Use them almost daily. High quality interior and exterior. I hand wash immediately after use. Bought them for my induction cooktop in another state. Now in another house where I use them on electric cooktop. I bought the glass cover as well. Absolutely tremendous pans. By the way, I do not use oils or grease or Pan - just water or broth. I have learned to let ingredients get to "dry" and then add some water gives the same brown color and flavor as using oil, without the calories and greasy feel to foods.

  • Surface has 200,000 diamond crystals
  • Non stick surface won't crack or blister
  • Ergonomic handles safe upto 500-degrees fahrenheit
  • Safe to use in dishwasher and oven upto 500-fahrenheit
  • 11-Inch fry pan perfect for all induction stove tops

T-Fal Signature Hard Anodized 10.25 Inch Fry Pan

Love it, (What's this?) We Purchased this & several other T-Fal Signature Hard Anodized Nonstick pan based on previous reviews & we love them. Functional as well as making a nice hanging pan display.
false advertising, (What's this?) The pan is advertised as being anodized. You would assume that would mean inside the pan. It only means outside. It is not anodized non-stick on the cooking surface. Very disappointed.
t-fal signature 8 inch anodized fry pan, (What's this?) Great fry pan, completely non-stick. Balances well on the gas burner, which my older one didn't.
GOOD PAN!, (What's this?) I have had both expensive and cheap non-stick pans, and have been disappointed by both. They do not seem to last long before they start to chip and peel. The hard anondized pans seem to last the longest before chipping and peeling, and at least they are reasonably priced. So far I am pleased with this pan. It distributes the heat and cooks evenly. Just keep in mind that this type of pan browns at a lower heat. A higher heat will cause a glaze on the pan which is difficult to remove without damaging the surface.
Amazing, (What's this?) this is a very good pan, the non-stick surface definitely works not like some other companies who advertise that their surface is nonstick only to find out after using them for a month that it gets deformed...
Great Product, (What's this?) I love this pan. My only issue is that the pan is not deep enough to cook a meal for a big family. My fault though because I didn't realize a saute pan had short sides. I have always had good success with T-Fal pans especially considering the price when compared to others such as scanpan. So far it is completley non-stick and easy to clean. I will continue to buy T-Fal pans until a better product comparably priced is introduced.
Like it alot!, (What's this?) I've had this pan for a couple of weeks now. I love the non-stick. Cleans up easily. The only thing is that it is not that deep. My other 10" frying pan from t-fal is much deeper, so this seems a little shallow to me. Its great so far.
    T-fal pan, (What's this?)

Cuisinart Chef's Classic Enameled Cast Iron 12-Inch Chicken Fryer with Cover, Cardinal Red

Total Waste of Money, (What's this?) I wish i could send this back for a full refund. Does not cook evenly at all and paint is coming off. Really really disappointed.
Powerful Pan Not Just for Chicken, This is one sturdy pan--be ready for a bit of heavy lifting if you're going from stove to oven, because it takes two hands. I knew I wanted a cast iron skillet for frying and other things, and knew I wanted it to be a heavyweight (because that's how good cast iron skillets should be), and decided on this one because I liked the looks and the pouring lip, and Cuisinart tends to be reliable. It has a sorta high price tag, but from what my grandmother told me, a good cast-iron skillet will last forever, so I dove in. And so far, it's been more than worth it. Not just for chicken frying, though the straight tall sides make it great for frying (I've tried a couple things, chicken, hushpuppies, and zucchini and all have come out nice an hot and crisp), but also for making things from browning a ton of onions, to simmering a sauce, to making a big curry for about 10 people. It's just a workhorse of a pan, and the ability to drop it in the oven (using both hands, don't forget) to finish off a dish is very helpful. Oh, and it does look great (I have red) on the stove, too, which is a bonus. Overall, I'd suggest this pan to anyone, whether they want to use it to fry chicken or not. It's an investment that you'll be using for many years.
Workhorse is Right - And She's Built to Last Too, I picked up one of these babies about a year ago and the previous reviewer is right - she's a workhorse. I make big stews and meat/rice dishes in this and its great. Sautée the chicken for Arroz Con Pollo and then throw in the chicken stock and rice and toss the chicken back in and simmer for 40 minutes - perfection. Very even distribution of heat - it takes a few minutes to heat up - but its nice and DEEEEEEEP. You can really fill it with food. It practically acts as a second Dutch oven. Want some amazing roasted root vegetables? Skin 'em, chop 'em, and throw them in this baby in the oven at 300 degrees (with that nice heavy cover on) for 1 hour. Absolutely delicious. Sweet and rich and flavorful. The heavy iron nature of the cover and pan ensure the inside turns into a sauna and stays that way. You almost have to be careful not to overcook food with the top on. Once this baby warms up, turn the heat down to medium low and let her do the rest. Its like a mini-stove all to itself. But you better workout. This sucker tips the scales at close to 35-40 pounds with the cover on, I'm guessing. Its ROBUST. I'll die before this thing does.

Rachael Ray Hard Anodized Nonstick 10-Inch Open Skillet, Orange

You get what you pay for, (What's this?) I have had this skillet for 6 months. It is a good skillet for the price. It is light weight - not so light that it is flimsly, but not as heavy as a better quality skillet.
Terrific Skillet, This is a replacement skillet for a similar skillet I purchased. It is just the right size for breakfast and one we use a lot. Easy to clean and lightweight enough for my wife to use as well.
Rachel Ray 10 inch Pan, (What's this?) Nice pan that has performed very well. Very easy to clean. I would have preferred getting a pan that had a higher temp capability but no issues so far. Good price and quick delivery.
After furhter review, (What's this?) The Rachael Ray skillet comes with a wrapper that contains way too much information on how to use it. One of the words of wisdom says "do not use oils (except for the one or two they recommend) since their build up will only reduce the skillets performance. So, I did not use my Pam and discovered that my eggs STUCK to the pan regardless of how low or high I had the burner set. Finally I used my Pam and the skillet worked exactly the way I had hoped. So, don't read the jacket with all its instructions and use this pan the way you normally would and it's GREAT.
love these pans, (What's this?) I bought three of these different size pans, and they all cook wonderfully, and clean up very easily. handle stays cool.
Great Skillet, (What's this?) Love this pan and the 12" size I purchased at the same time. Hadn't looked at in stores, so I didn't totally know what to expect, but they are very nice...
Likeable, Good Quality Pan--Just Not for Induction Tops, I bought this to replace a basic Calphalon 10" non-stick pan. The first thing I noticed was that even though this is also a 10", the sloping sides of the Rachael Ray meant there is much less flat area at the bottom. Whereas I used to be able to fit three pieces of French toast at a time, now I can really only do two. :-(

As mentioned by another reviewer, this is primarily a breakfast pan. Great for eggs, pancakes, browning sausages, etc. but not heavy enough to sear steaks. I find the non-stick both slippery and durable. Hand washing is a snap, except that scrambled eggs get stuck onto the two exposed metal rivets, so I usually use a nylon brush.

I associate anodized with heavy cookware, but this pan is really quite light. Only the exterior is anodized, and to me there is no real benefit except that it sounds good and hides burnt oil stains better. I suppose you could also scrub that part to your heart's content with Ajax and Scotch Brite without any concern of damage.

The price has come down since the 2010 holiday season when even amazon.com was selling it at list price, so that's great value for a pan that is well made and just does what it's supposed to. I liked this pan so much that I bought the 8" version too, and I have no regrets after 8 months.

One important thing to note: it does not work with induction cook tops. I was going to buy a portable one to take on vacation with this pan. Fortunately I found out that cookware that magnets don't stick to won't heat up on them!

Almost perfect. One star taken off for small bottom and incompatibility with induction tops.
Great all purpose pan., This has been an excellent pan. Durable, easy to clean and a good size for many different types of meals.
It's a good product, (What's this?) We've only been using this pan for a month, but so far it lives up to its high ratings. It has made it a pleasure making omelets, and over-easy fried eggs.
Rachael Ray Skillet, (What's this?) This is everything I was wanting in a skillet.

  • Hard-Anodized Construction for durability and even heating.
  • Grippy Silicone Handles are comfortable in your hand and oven safe to 400°F.
  • Lifetime Limited Warranty
  • A nonstick interior lets foods slide out of the pan easily.

Calphalon C1210P Commercial Nonstick 10-Inch International Griddle/Crepe Pan

Hello Pancakes, (What's this?) Another great product from Calphalon, awesome size for my pancakes, the handle gets kinda hot sometimes. But aside from that great product.
best little pan!, (What's this?) I just ordered another 10" Calphalon C1210P 10" pan.. not because my other one is a gone, oh, no. I got a back up one just in case they stop making this model! It's great for 2 people: breakfast, quick steaming veggies and anything else I can think of. It sits on my stove top all ready to be heated up in an instant for all sorts of quick & easy meals. I FINALLY followed all the directions on how to get the best use of a non stick pan and how to treat it.. and it's great. I had to get used to a not scratch spatula (wish I could find a left handed one I like!) but that's all. It never goes in the dish washer and it get's 95% of the cooking jobs I do! Great buy. Since I only paid $35 bucks for it! Don't get it for more, there are deals out there!
PS I love the weight of the pan, it's not going to fling around the stove, it heats evenly and the handle is shaped very well.. and the whole pan can go right into the oven. I have had my pan for over 10 months of daily use and no "non stick" surface has come off.!! it's a fine little pan.
Best Cheap Non-stick I've ever owned, (What's this?) Works great, after 2 years nonstick surface is still perfect. The underside is trashed from cooking on a glass-top stove spilling stuff, etc, however this has been one of the best pans I've ever had, behind the 12" Calphalon Unison Slide which is the best non-stick I've ever owned. This is so much better than the cheaper walmart versions, better bang for the buck in the long-run.
Workhorse in the kitchen, (What's this?) I have owned this pan for around maybe 5 years now and it is incredible. It is my go to pan for almost everything. My kids have mistakenly put it in the dishwasher a few times so the outside is not pretty but it doesn't get in the way of the durable non-stick surface. I would recommend this as an essential part of any kitchen. It would be a great wedding gift.
It lasts!, (What's this?) Bought this pan in 2006, I use it more than any other pot or pan I have and the non-stick coating still works as well as the day I bought it. I got it for 19.99 on Amazon. I'm quite happy with it and if I had the money would buy it in a couple more sizes.
    HIGH END, (What's this?)
Nonstick? Really?, I've followed the directions on use and care of this thing and since I got it in 2006, it's never really been "nonstick". It's impossible to clean up when cooking anything. I actually think it may be defective so I just wrote Calphalon for warranty replacement. Based upon my experience, I wouldn't get this pan again, nor would I ever get any sort of nonstick product.
Calphalon 10" round griddle, (What's this?) I am been using this product for last five years. I am very satisfied with the product. Since I have fiberglass cooking range only on this griddle I can make fresh totias(Indian Roti).
going strong for 7 years, (What's this?) When I see 20 or so 1 star reviews, I have to wonder if a few people got defective pans, or are accidentally reviewing a different pan, because I have had this pan for many years, and it is still perfectly non-stick, and makes outstanding, gossamer-thin crepes. I never put it in the dishwasher, which has probably prolonged its life. It is perfect for cooking a couple of eggs, heating tortillas, or sauteing a few mushrooms to go on a steak. Great pan for those who are cooking often for one or two people.
Favorite Pan, (What's this?) This is my favorite pan. I had my first one for at least 9 years! I originally got it for crepes, but I use it for everything! Pancakes, sauteing, heating tortillas, etc. Only downside is that if anything drips over the sides, it will stain the back side permanently.

Paula Deen Poreclain 9 Inch and 11 Inch Skillet Twin Pack, Red

So far so good, Solid built, heat well, no sticks. We have a Kitchenaid skillet in a larger size that is scratching on the bottom and is badly fading. No such problem so far with the finish on these.
Nice pans use them everyday, Bought this set in addition to other Paula den items. The pans are great and I use them everyday, the only thing I wish they had even as an added purchase would be lids, none of the other Paula Deen lids fit them either,or any of my old lids either. Other than that the pans heat nicely and I have made everything from eggs, grilled cheese, to stroganoff in them with no issues. I'd do hand wash them as instructed in the insert and use silicon utensils only as well, they still look new after 6 months of use and am very pleased just wish could find lids to fit them....
Not Happy, I bought these ... they looked good in the store... but when it came to their use, the small pan's handle is heavier than the pan itself and does not sit level on the burner unless there's heavy food in it which makes for uneven heating. Both fry pans seem to be an odd size. None of my lids from other pans fit them, not even close. Based on this I will not buy another Paula Deen product. I would like to know who makes them and get contact info so I can express this to the company.

  • Oven safe to 350 degrees F
  • Twin pack of 9- and 11-inch nonstick skillets in red from venerable Southern cook Paula Deen
  • Hand wash only; backed by limited lifetime warranty
  • Speckled porcelain enamel exterior is a breeze to clean; aluminum construction heats quickly and evenly
  • Rubberized handles for a cool touch; copper-plated ring for convenient hanging

    Kotobuki Tamagoyaki Japanese Omelette Pan

it works great, The pan works perfectly, and it's cute. I have been using it for a month (well, I made tamagoyaki almost everyday!), it doesn't scratch or rust etc. I'm happy with it.
Good Product., (What's this?) I just brought this one for making tamagoyaki, it's really cool to see what i have done by myself. really professional pan.
It does the job., (What's this?) It comes with a basic-quality non-stick coating. Eggs, oil and a mini silicone spatula are not items that cause surface scratches and I am pretty careful about how I prepare tamago (Japanese omelette)...

  • Non-stick coating
  • Traditional rectangular shape
  • Made in Japan

  • Non-stick coating.Traditional rectangular shape.Made in Japan. Tamagoyaki is a rectangular, Japanese rolled omelette that is popular for breakfast, in bento lunch boxes, and as a topping for sushi. This tamagoyaki pan is made of iron with a plastic handle, and features a non-stick coating.
