Functions as intended, (What's this?) This is my second Cuisinart Nonstick skillet (have an 8in and now a 10in.) The pan is sturdy, well designed, and with substantial weight.
Nice skillet but beware. Nonstick works on both sides., (What's this?) This is a very nice pan and I am impressed. I would like to give this a higher rating. However, a year after I purchased the pan the nonstick surface is peeling all around the edge of the pan. The problem with this is that the limited warranty requires you to pay for shipping to Cuisinart and another $7.00 for them to ship it back to you. This seems like a manufacture defect to me. I am put off that I have to pay to have them ship me a skillet to replace a defect. It's cheaper than buying a new one but how do I know I won't be spending another $14 worth of shipping costs a year from now. They need to fix their process with the nonstick bonding.
My favorite skillet! It's the most used item in my kitchen., (What's this?) I bought this skillet after reading all the positive reviews at amazon.com and I have not been disappointed. It immediately became my favorite skillet and I use it all the time--but not when I want to cook using very high heat. Teflon works best when used in cooking at low, moderate, and moderate-high temperatures, I think.
Works great on GE induction stove, (What's this?) Day 1 and the pan worked fabulous on my GE induction stove. I was skeptical of anything with aluminum after trying the Berndes Coquere Aluminum Induction pans that only worked on my small burners as it didn't have enough metal for the induction on the large burner. Since then I have been using a heavy steal pan. This multiclad pan is relatively light weight but works awesome on my large burner. I will report back in a few months on how it holds up.
Great addition to my set, (What's this?) This skillet is a great addition to our MultiClad Pro set. It looks and feels professional, and (because its non-stick material contains titanium and metallic utensils can be used), it is better than traditional Teflon-coated cookware. Plus, the hand-grip that is opposite from the handle offers great stability and minimizes the spilling.
Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Nonstick Stainless-Steel 12-Inch Skillet, (What's this?) Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Nonstick Stainless-Steel 12-Inch Skillet is great. The non stick coating is excellent and should stand up well if you do not use metal utensils on it. Cleans very easily. Recommend to any one who needs a nice and useful skillet.
Love it! Plan to get its big brother too., (What's this?) The bottom stained up almost immediately, but the inside is still slick & good looking after a couple months' use. I got this primarily for eggs, to compliment my non-nonstick Cuisinart multiclad set, and for my Birthday I hope to receive the larger skillet for pancakes, etc.
A darn good pan, (What's this?) I've been using this puppy for about five months now, and still it is holding up.
New Skillet, (What's this?) Works great. We have now purchased the 10 in model because of the performance of the 8 in one.
Somewhat disappointed, (What's this?) I purchased the Cuisinart MCP-12 MultiClad Pro Stainless Steel 12-Piece Cookware Set last December. I think it is unfortunate that Cuisinart does not offer a variation of this set with non-stick skillets. I subsequently purchased the 8" and 10" non-stick skillets to replace the ones included in the set.
