Skillet: A Thing of Beauty, (What's this?) This skillet is large enough to accomodate the average family without any problem. We love the ability to sear the meat and then cook it more slowly to preserve the flavor. The grease channel is a suburb feature whether you want to save the grease or throw it away. The main thing is that you're not adding a lot of fat calories. This is a great skillet for any family who cooks and likes to keep their meals fat free.
It's almost replaced our stove!, (What's this?) Got this for my wife and she's used it almost every night for the past 2 weeks to cook everything from breakfast (eggs, bacon, hash browns) to dinner (hamburgers, chicken, potatoes, stir-fry). She's actually using it right now to cook up some chicken and veggies and it smells awesome!
I highly recommend this skillet. It's large enough for our family of 4, easy to clean, and the grease channel is a nice touch, too! Just push whatever you don't want into it. I'm writing the review, but my wife is the one raving about this skillet. Hey, if my wife is happy, then I am happy.
