T-Fal Specialty 5-Quart Nonstick Jumbo Cooker with Glass Lid, Black

Warped and won't heat evenly, I've had TWO of these pans warp after using on a glass top stove. The pan rocks back and forth and won't heat evenly. After the first one warped (never cooking on high heat, by the way), I traded with my sister (who has a gas stove) and the same problem appeared with the second pan. It seems like a pretty heavy and sturdy pan, so I was surprised that it warped in the first place, but after it happened with two pans, it seems like a problem you can't ignore. Avoid this pan unless you have a gas stove top.
Right Size, (What's this?)
It is very easy to make a fry onion egg and tomato egg in this pot.

Its size is just about appropriate and you don't have to worry that some food might fly out during cooking process.

Also you can make curries and stewed beef in this pot, works out well.
Very good, (What's this?) For the price you can't beat this pan. It heats up evenly and it is really big that you can easily cook a meal for 4-6 people in. I made some pilafs already in it and it turned out great. This is not the heaviest pan you can buy at the price but it does hold the heat well for its size and weight. Good job Tfal you've done it again.
I will come back and edit if there is anything to add on it... so far it's been great I've had it for a week.
BEST Compared to those costing much more... !, (What's this?) The T-Fal Specialty 5-Quart Nonstick Jumbo Cooker with Glass Lid, Black WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A TEMPORARY REPLACEMENT. I USUALLY GET A $70 MIN PAN AND GET SEVERAL YEARS OUT OF IT. HOWEVER, I AM GLAD I GOT THIS ONE INSTEAD. IN FACT, MY WIFE (AND CEO) LIKES IT BETTER THAN OUR CIRCULON.
the lid is dented, (What's this?) I havent actually used the pan yet, because I just opened it and the metal part of the lid is all dented up. The part that actually goes down into the pan, on one side, is bent in. Errr..I'm sure the pan part is good. I was very excited to receive it, but am now unhappy.
Nice pan!, (What's this?) I have been a T-Fal fan for many years and this pan doesn't disappoint. Cooks evenly, cleans up in a flash.
Love this pan!, I bought this pan last year for myself for Christmas and I absolutely love it! I use it for just about all of my cooking needs and it is still like new. I may order another just so I can use it for multiple things at the same time.
You get what you pay!, (What's this?) It will do. It is big, nice handle, nice lid! It's good for the price and what I need it for. The quality is not that great. After the 3rd use there was already bad discoloration in many places.
Very Good, (What's this?) Five star and very good product! It's built very well with quality. It is a bit on the heavy side and the second handle is very helpful when cleaning. (It is, after all, a large pan). Of course the clear glass cover allows you to keep tabs on the cooking progress.. I recommend it.
Essential for the everyday cook, (What's this?) I had been using my stainless steel skillets to cook and left the chicken always overcooked no matter how I adjusted the temperature. I decided to purchase this because of the reviews and I"m so happy I did. I use it daily from cooking eggs to cooking main dishes and side dishes. Like I said in the title, essential items.
