Use it every day..., (What's this?) This is my "go to" pan, from eggs to steaks to burgers and grilled cheese and everything in between. It cooks evenly, heats quickly and the handles stay cool. This goes from stovetop to oven without a hitch, although it is rated up to 500 degrees, I have never gone above 375. I have had the pan for over a year, the nonstick surface has held up perfectly and cleans like a charm. Well worth the purchase price. I would buy this pan again without a second thought.
Calphalon Omelet Pan, (What's this?) I love the pan, but the true test will be in how well the nonstick finish wears, and that review will take some time.
Perfect nonstick skillet!, (What's this?) This 10 inch skillet is the perfect size and does everything you would want it to do. It heats evenly, doesn't stick (so you can use less oil), and there is a nice silicone handle for a good grip.
I purchased it because another Simply Calphalon skillet was ranked in the top by America's Test Kitchen, if I remember correctly.
Great price for this excellent produc, (What's this?) I am very plesed with my omelete pan and cover. It's wonderful to use and so very easy to clean. Nothing sticks to it. I use it for most of the things I cook. Excellent product.
Great pan, (What's this?) This is my favorite pan. I use it almost every day and every time I cook. It heats evenly and cleans up effortlessly.
Love my Calphalon Nonstidk 10" covered omelette pan, This is exactly the skillet I've been needing for about two years. It's perfect for my spouse and I's needs and so very versatile. I love it.
Fine at first, but wore out too quickly, (What's this?) I purchased this Simply Calphalon Nonstick 10-inch Covered Omlette Pan in June, 2009, and it worked really well for about six months: it heated evenly and released eggs easily. I used it only once or twice a week, mostly for omelettes, and always with a nylon spatula. After a year, however, the non-stick surface had pitted in many places, and by mid-January, 2011, I had worn away a bare metal patch the size of a credit card. That is poor performance for a $40 pan, so I replaced it with a T-Fal Professional Total Nonstick 10 inch saute pan, manufacture's model number E9380564, at only $28 from Amazon. The T-Fal pan was well reviewed by Cooks Illustrated, and it looks good so far, but I'll wait and see how it holds up. [I added the manufacture's model number because it is very confusing to figure out which T-Fal pan is which; they all have similar names.
nice pan, (What's this?) A good but for the money,I was looking for a thicker bottom type pan but this one is not in need of it.It cooks very evenly and is a snap to clean very satisfied.
GREAT PAN for more than omelettes, (What's this?) I've been using this for three years now. This is a well made pan. Nothing sticks and you really don't need to use any oil (althoug I usually do). It heats evenly for even cooking and it heats quickly. It has never chipped and doesn't really show much wear after three years of nearly daily use. Easy to clean with just a paper towel. Very satisfied and absolutely recommend this and other simply calphalon products. I use only silicon turners and spatulas.
